Do pit bull get along with smalls dogs?

I have a female Pit that was a pound dog. I have had her for 3 months now and she is believed to be 1.5 to 2.0 years of age. She is a total nightmare around other female dogs. A huge male Pit ( not fixed ) came up to her and she was fine. LOVED him. Female dogs of any breed and she wants to devour them. She's the Queen of the Walk. So I have to keep her on leash at all times. No dog park visits either. I don't dare. She however adores babies and children. Never has bitten any human in my presence, not even a nip. So just like people there are gonna be things Little Miss I'm The Only Cute Girl Dog In Town is just not going to like. Baby steps when introducing your Pit to anything. You never know what will trigger any dog to be aggressive.
