Are Caribbean countries affected by anticyclones?

I would say no... Some examples on countries are USA,UK,Canada,Peru,Chile and Australia. I did further research but I'm not too sure about this..anyways..I'll mention it. Anticyclones can occur anywhere as long as its a high pressure region. :) *THUMBS UP*
