Do all societies not think similarly about the roles that boys and girls play?

the roles played by boys and girls ,depending upon the socilaisation process there around or the time when they grown up are determined. All the society all over the world never think about some work particulary given to girl and boy are devalued but in our country India the value of the work devalued
