How many border patrol officers die?

The US Border Patrol does not kill or execute persons attempting to illegally enter the US. However if fired upon they will defend themselves.

This is in stark contrast to the huge number of illegals who are robbed, raped, or die at the hands of their own countrymen while crossing the Arizona and Texas deserts.
