What is algastat?

Algastat is an investigational drug primarily being studied for its potential use in treating type 2 Diabetes. It works as a dual inhibitor of certain enzymes involved in glucose metabolism, aiming to improve glycemic control and reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications.
