What Spanish country is the only one to have a US quarter minted in its honor?

The only Spanish country to have a U.S. quarter minted in its honor is Puerto Rico. The quarter, released in 2009 as part of the America the Beautiful Quarters Program, features an image of the El Yunque National Forest, showcasing the natural beauty of Puerto Rico. Though it is a territory of the United States rather than an independent country, it holds significant cultural and historical importance.
