Where did Johann Zahn invent the camera?

Johann Zahn was an author from Germany. He only wrote about camera. He provided some sketches of it. He has n't invented it.The first camera that was small and portable enough to be practical for Photography was envisioned by Zahn in 1685. After 150 years, camera was invented.
