Do Elliot and zoey get together in mew mew power?

She starts to like him a little on the episode when he turns back into a human and falls over Zoey. And on some of the episodes he kisses her but she does not get mad. Also on one of the episodes when Zoey runs in Elliots room he was about to get dress and he does not even care that Zoey is staring at him he just looks at her too but when she starts throwing clothes at him he gets mad.
