Who shot the arrow and god changed their language?

Nimrod. The mighty hunter 'before' (read: against) the Lord. He climbed the tower of Babel and shot an arrow into heaven to declare his 'equality' with God. (Not unlike when Satan/Lucifer said "I will be like the Most High".) For this demonstration of utter vanity and wicked pride, God scattered mans united front by changing our languages thus slowing down our tendency to unite (against Him) globally. It is interesting to note that in the end times there will be a one-world government brought together by the one-language of computers. The second Tower of Babel, if you will.
