What will they ask you when you fill out an unemployment voucher?

They will ask you these questions:

Are you looking for full time work?

Was you in school a full time student during the week of ()

Have you ever been sick the week of () and can't look for full time work?

Did you work the week of() whether it is paid or not?

The three questions is yes or no. However in question 4 if you answer yes you have to report the earnings and that is when there is a deduction of benefits.
