Bad points on Graffiti

Graffiti, in itself is an art form. people have become professional street artists and earned a lot of money. There are people however, the rebellious teenagers, who graffiti on public places and they are doing it against the law. Professional street artists, on the other hand are doing it with authorization. Therefore, graffiti is not bad; the people who are doing it illegally are the ones to blame.
