What did the moon look like on September 19 2011?

Like before.

I do remember around that time there where ice crystals in the air, causing the moon to shine with an extra ring of light around it.

Basically a white ring that shone on the same principle as a rainbow shines in the skies, by the reflection of the water particles (ice this time) in the skies.
