If you have a genuine complaint which would be: The wrong type of flowers without letting you know (sometimes some flowers are unavailable at that particular time of year); the flowers are wilted or the arrangements and bouquets are poorly made then go to the florist and tell them you want your money back. Keep at them until they do. If you had agreed with the florist on a particular arrangement of flowers or bouquets, but the florist said they may have to replace the flowers with something else if the flowers you wanted were out of season and you signed the contract then you will have to accept it.
