depends on what you're doing with it. and even then, it depends.

if you're a vendor invoicing, it's free (the invoice receivers absorb the cost from ADP on individual transactions). unless you want to set up some sort of EDI or automatic feed from your AR system. for that cost varies from hosted services which perpetually charge monthly volume fees to one time IT setup costs for customized solutions.

For a company's AP department, the cost is in developing how you're going to feed the invoice data from OpenInvoice into your accounting system. sky's the limit.

after you get that developed, OpenInvoice is a hosted solution, so you'll pay a contracted fee on each invoice. that fee is based off your volume and negotiated with their sales department.
