Where is the fabled US President's Book kept and where can you get a copy of the President's Book of Secrets shown on The History Channel?

Supposedly, it is in the Library of Congress on hidden in a book shelf so it will be pretty hard to find. But according to folklore, each president hides it somewhere else.
