Is it normal for 12 year old girls to have hairy vagina?

Yes it very normal. Im started getting hair on my vagina at about the age of nine or ten. What I was wandering was that if it was normal to get hat in between your buttcrack, around your vagina hole or on your breast. It would be helpful if I could get some answers.
