Depending on the hardness of the masonry and in what manner it was smoothed, also if it is placed on the ground and grouted in between masonry tiles. If it is rough, it can still absorb a small amount of moisture and finely smoothed may repel it more. If it is grouted between tiles, then the undersides may be moist for a long time as well as the high amount of certain grout moisture absorption, but if it is for the purpose of coating the masonry, then only the upper sides are important.

It would also depend on if the masonry is drying on the days after the rain where the sun did not come out fully from beyond the clouds. If it was in the sun and the days are warm, then about 2 hours after the last amount of moisture appears to have evaporated, give it 3 to make sure. If it dried while it was cloudy during the colder weather, then it may take a day or two, providing that there has been no more rain.
