The SARA problem-solving process consists of four stages:

Scanning: Identify and prioritize problems within the community or area of concern.

Analysis: Gather and analyze data to understand the underlying causes and factors contributing to the identified problems.

Response: Develop and implement strategies or interventions to address the problems based on the analysis.

Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of the responses to determine if the strategies have resolved the issues and make adjustments as necessary.
