Where is the bonnet release on a 2004 punto?

you will find the bonnet release on the right (drivers side) on the lower wing panel under the dashboard.hope this helps

If the level is slack, then the bonnet release cable has snapped.

You'll have to jack the car up, and access / pull the cable from underneath.

I jacked up the car, placed it on a stand on the passenger side, and reached up underneath.

I've videoed it - quick to do once you see it.
