What is the flight path from Vancouver to Hong Kong?

From Vancouver, the aircraft will take a NW heading after leaving Vancouver centre control and will continue NW and cross the International day line near between Alaska and Russia beening in contact with Anchorage centre and Transoceanic centre air control, after crossing the day line, the aircraft will take a SW heading pass Japan, in contact with Narita Radar and Kyoto Radar, then down pass the east coast of China ( dont know what radar) and thru the Taiwan Strait where the aircraft will contact Taipei Radar. and finally Hong Kong, usually the aircraft descends into Hong Kong with the STAR of A1 Elato Arrival.
