Who was the Governor of Mississippi in 1862?

John J. McRae (born January 10, 1815 in Sneedsboro, North Carolina; died May 31, 1868 in Belize) succeeded William McWillie as the twenty-third Governor of Mississippi, serving between November 21, 1859 and November 16, 1863, including the whole of 1862.
