Is trans-gender a good thing or not?

As with many things in this world- the cause and origin is important. One should and must distinguish between an involuntary state of being- such as a physical handicap or something like Albinism, and a chosen and premeditated if perverse act, such as transvestitism. There are, tragically many people who are physically- Inborn, Cross Gender and these are better called Hermaphrodites. Also called Morphadites, (a shortened form, like Plane or phone) AC-DC, and some other terms. Usually one gender will predominate- but there may be certain omissions- again by nature, not man-made surgery. One type has basically female features but some mixed gender apparatus below decks, and frequently small breasts, flat on top. They usually wear pants as they don"t feel comfortable in traditional female costume. That"s one type. A relative of mine who was a nurse said she only ran into one Hermaphrodite in her whole career, and the poor lady had psychological problems to boot. It is a freak of nature.
