When will Winco open in Phoenix AZ?

I asked a few employees at a nearby winco, and they are saying "around the end of summer!"

The Valley Chronicle, a local newspaper, reported about a month ago that Winco would open in October. When I drove by the store about a week ago, landscapers and other contractors were teeming all over the parking lot. I assume they were scrambling to get ready for the opening.
