How do you write dresses in Spanish language?

The Word for "dress" (such as what a women would wear) in Spanish is, "vestido". But, if you're after the verb "to dress" such as... "She can not dress herself." The how to say the verb will depend on who is preforming it. GL, and I helped a little =P
