Of course you can, I made out when I was 12....I don't know why all the grownups are so put off by it and say "ooh you shouldn't be doing this at your age". Do whatever you please, she's your girlfriend so you should do whatever it takes to make her feel special.

Of course, i was making out with chicks at 10 years old and I'm 13 now and i make out all the time

ok i think that you should be married when you make out! or do any of that stuff! but i thing kissing is ok but it depends what kind of kissing! like french kiss you shouldn't do until your married! i don't want to tell you what to do or any thing! but someday you will be married and be happy and you will be better of if you choose not to just kiss the girl! that's all! that's just my opinion! sorry, but i hope this is useful..im a Mormon..so don't swear at me or any thing! but if you choose to make out b4 that's ok
