Delegates to the Bolshevik's Convention came up with various ways to engage the workers and the villagers. Bolsheviks used worker (Rabkors)and village correspondents (Selkors)to instruct them in Bolshevik ideology and language. The Correspondence movement was looked upon as a Marxist classroom.
