the average gross profit in fast food takeaway restaurants in UK is about 65-70%. so if a restaurant has a turnover of £3000 per week then the gross profit will be around £2000. and if u consider the indirect expenses which lead the numbers to the net profit then it will be around 45-50%, by then your net profit will be around £1500 a week...a lot of money i would say...:))
