What can you do About ED as a Young man?

I'm 18 years old and go to college. I'm almost sure that my ED is caused by low testosterone. I want to go to a doctor but it's embarresing for me because I'm on the same plan as my parents. Is there a way to go about this without them finding out or not going to a doctor at all? The only testosterone boosters near me are $70 and I don't want to waste that money and have it not work for me.
