How much does truck driver make hourly?

It varies between companies, types of trucks being driven, etc. For truck drivers who are paid hourly (long distance line haul drivers are paid either based on mileage or percentage), I've seen ones who are paid anywhere from $9/hour to over $20/hour. It all depends on who they're working for, what they're driving (tipper, lowboy, fuel tanker, etc), and how much experience they have.
