E= ( I ) x ( R ) = (15 amperes) x (4 ohms) = 60 volts

Note:

When 15 amperes flows through a resistance of 4 ohms,

the resistance dissipates 900 watts. If it is not part of a

toaster or a blow drier, it either melts or explodes.
