How do you score lexulous?

In Lexulous, players score points by forming Words on a game board, similar to Scrabble. Each letter has a specific point value, and the total score for a Word is calculated by adding the values of the letters used. Bonuses are awarded for placing tiles on premium squares, such as double or triple letter and Word scores. Players take turns forming new Words and can build off existing Words on the board to maximize their score.
