How do you cut hair in layers?

Step 1 : Get a school scissor that is safety

Step 2 : If You have a bottle of perfume that sprays very nicely please clean that with detergent and spray all over your hair but not too much

Step 3 : Brush your Hair and make sure there are not a lot of knots or you're hair might get damaged

Step 4: Cut you're hair 1 cm from the bottom doing your own ideas

Step 5: You're Stupid you made yourself bald thanks for trusting me idiots
