Why do dogs dislike black people?

They treat all humans the same. I think it's just that dogs can act different around strangers. If a dog has never seen a black person before, then that would definitely seem strange to the dog. If a dog was raised in an environment where he had never seen a white person, and came across a white person, then the same reaction could be observed.
