What does a four year scholarship entail?

A four year scholarship to an accredited college/university entails that a student must obtain a certain GPA or the scholarship money will be garnished. The scholarship company will send money to a student's college directly before a semester begins. A student cannot transfer the scholarship to another school they attend. If the money that a scholarship provides to a school is too much they may let the student use it on books but is otherwise withheld by the scholarship company.
