Are renter owners and homeless people all considered equal citizens in America?

While their circumstances are not equal, their rights under the law are the same. Whether those rights are equally enforced and protected is another matter. They have the same rights to self-determination and perhaps the same inner potential. They are also equal from a spiritual standpoint.
