Where is the fuse box located on a 2006 Buick Lucerne?

The fuse box in a 2006 Buick Lucerne is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access it, you need to open the driver's door and look for a small panel to the left of the steering column. There is also a second fuse box located in the engine compartment, near the battery.
