Who makes pentus TVs?

It would appear that they are made by a German electronics company called Harwa. These televisions are sold under the brand names 'Harwa','Prima' and 'Pentus'. On a further note: The website [ http://www.harwa.de/ ]at the time of writing (19/10/08) appears to be down. Visiting the site produces the message: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /CMS on this server.
