Was Winston Churchill really born on a bathroom floor?

Funny question - his wikipedia bibliography doesn't say so.

Some bibliographies say that he WAS born prematurely (~1.5 month in advance) at the bathroom during the ball.

I believe he was not born prematurely, but rather conceived before marriage (a no-no in those times).
