What if you are caught fishing without a fishing license in Indiana?

Well, I just got caught doing that and unfortunately I have to appear before a judge, who may do one or more of the following; give me a fine, not allow me to hunt or fish for up to 3 years, take my equipment, and even possible short jail time.
