You wonder if your hard work will ever pay off?

I'm surprised no one has answered this. I imagine close to 100% of all working people ask themselves the same question at some point in their lives. Just recently, I reminded myself that no one sees what happens Behind the Scenes to get us to success...the question of whether the hard work will ever pay off is one that arises morning, noon, and night during the toughest parts of life. One thing that helps is to re-evaluate the "pay off." If it's just money, the urge to see reward for the hard work may be a long time coming. But if it can include personal satisfaction, a feeling of accomplishment, an increase in reputation and friends, etc., the question will not have as much emphasis in our lives. Your hard work will always pay off in one way or another. You just have to determine how you want it to pay you and how long you're willling to wait...those are the only 2 questions that matter.
