In superstar racing do you keep your vip stuff when your vip expires?

Yes, but you cannot wear any of the clothing items or use any of the car parts. You can also race, you get 1 CR$ per race and collecting lots of them means that you can get some VIP only items... Best to renew your VIP membership, so you can get all the items, features and levels.
