How do i replace the flasher unit for my turn signals on a 1996 Cadillac Seville?

First off your vehicle has two flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. Both Relays are located under the dash on the drivers side mounted on the passenger side of the steering wheel. It simply plugs in.
