Does it mean anything if an outside untamed bird lands on your left shoulder if so what does it mean?

Well, it depends on the type of bird. It might have an owner and the owner trained it to do so. Else, it might like you or it's hoping for some food. :) Give it something to eat. Might make a new friend. ;-)
