Who is going to be the killer in Scream 4?

I don't know why anyone would ask such utter spoiler question, wouldn't it be more fun to try and figure it out while watching the film? In order to answer the question but not completely ruin it for people who don't want to know the identity but might be reading this site...I'm only going to give a half-spoiler; it's a new character like it's always been before.
