Not unless they had 'remote access' to your computer while you're connected to the internet. Law enforcement agencies, however, have software able to 'interrogate' your hard-drive - and see exactly what you've been doing up to that point - without knowing your log-in name or passWord. If they seized your machine - no amount of passWords would stop them seeing what you've been doing.
