You have to by the dowloading map packs at GameStop for 15 dollars for all maps in total is 60$

PlayStation Store offered the 4 DLCs and the game to Playstation Plus members for $46 dollars in a limited offer that expired June 4 2012. Don't know if Xbox Live had a similar special pricing at the same time.
