I like this boy and he likes me but we barely ever talk so what should i do?

So heres my story... im the one who asked the question btw.... so 3 years ago this boy and i got to be good friends, we had everything in common, we played the same sports, liked the same sports teams, agreed on every thing, and we were really good friends. I had never hung out with guys before that. then i found out he liked me... then i got all awkward (o and he acts differant around his friends) anyhoo than i started to like him, and them i got even more embarised and then it was the end of a school year and we stopped talking and ive liked him since. he didn't like me the nexts year but then this year he liked me (i think, he always sits close to me at the lunch table no matter where i sit and he waits for me at the water fountain so that i walk near him and he is always looking at me and talking loud near me... idk wow im lame) but we still havent really talked. I feel stupid liking a guy who i havent talked with for awhile. i feel stupid in general.
