Who Was The First Football HOF?

The first inductee into the Pro Football Hall of Fame was Jim Thorpe, who was enshrined in 1963 when the Hall of Fame was established in Canton, Ohio. Thorpe was a multi-sport athlete known for his exceptional talent in football, Baseball, and Track and Field. The Hall of Fame's inaugural class also included other legends such as George Halas and Sammy Baugh.
