Why do women boss men around?

Two things.maybe more come to mind. First there is the pecking order of boss to employee sans gender and second the DNA directs a reflex from Male to female.

I believe the male also fears the woman's logic and problem solving without violence abilities.He doesn't quite understand all this but reacts anyway.

Anytime a person degrades another it is out of a fear in the perpetrator's experience .
