What is the tae kwon do code?

Also known as the 5 Tenets of Taekwondo:

Courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control & indomitable spirit.

(note: The above is the standard version accepted by many Taekwondo schools, but some Instructors might alter them, and add one or two additional. There might also be alternate terms used to assist in teaching the tenets to children, and helping them to understand the meanings.)
